叉車(chē)蓄電池初充電

1.1 未經(jīng)使用的叉車(chē)蓄電池在使用前應(yīng)進(jìn)行初充電。初充電前應(yīng)將電池表面擦拭干凈，檢查有無(wú)損壞；按串聯(lián)方式組成電池組時(shí)應(yīng)緊密無(wú)間隙，保證極性正確。螺栓連接時(shí)應(yīng)壓緊螺栓保證連接可靠。

1.2 擰下液孔塞，清除塞內(nèi)透氣孔上密封物保證透氣孔暢通；或拔下密封蓋換上掀蓋式液孔塞并打開(kāi)掀蓋。

1.3 在充電設(shè)備能正常工作的條件下將密度為1.260±0.005（25℃）溫度小于30℃的 硫酸電解液灌入電池，液面高出保護(hù)板15～25（mm）或符合右圖要求。此時(shí)為了將低電解液因化學(xué)反應(yīng)而上升的溫度讓電解液充分滲入極板，隔板孔隙內(nèi)；電 池需靜置3～4小時(shí)，不超過(guò)8小時(shí)。待液溫降至35℃以下方可進(jìn)行初充電。（必要時(shí)可在冷水槽中降溫）靜置后液面下降應(yīng)補(bǔ)充電解液。

1.4 硫酸電解液是用符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)gb4554-84的需電池硫酸與蒸餾水配制而成，切勿用工業(yè)硫酸、自來(lái)水代用。

1.5 擦干濺落在電池表面的電解液，將電池組的正、負(fù)極分別與直流電源的正、負(fù)端相接，接通電源；電源電壓應(yīng)高于電池組串聯(lián)電壓的50%，依據(jù)電池額定容量十分 之一電流進(jìn)行,第①階段電流充電，沖至電壓達(dá)到2.4（v）時(shí)改用第①階段電流減半進(jìn)行第②階段電流繼續(xù)充電。充電過(guò)程中電解液溫度不得超過(guò)45℃，接近 45℃時(shí)應(yīng)減半充電電流或暫停充電；待液溫降至35℃以上再繼續(xù)充電。但需適應(yīng)延長(zhǎng)充電時(shí)間。

1.6 充足電的一句：在第②階段充電至電壓達(dá)2.6（v），電壓變化不大于0.005（v）；電解液密度達(dá)到1.280±0.005（25℃），2小時(shí)內(nèi)無(wú)明顯變化并有細(xì)密氣泡激烈發(fā)生時(shí)就認(rèn)為電池已充足電。其充電電量為額定容量的4～5倍，充電時(shí)間約70小時(shí)。

1.7 為了準(zhǔn)確控制電解液中硫酸含量，在充電末期應(yīng)檢查各電池的電解液密度；如有不符則用蒸餾水或密度為1.40的硫酸進(jìn)行調(diào)整，并應(yīng)在充電狀態(tài)下的2小時(shí)內(nèi)將電解液密度與液面調(diào)整至規(guī)定值。

1.8 初充電結(jié)束后將電池表面擦干凈，裝上液孔塞或閉上掀蓋式液孔塞的掀蓋，方可投入使用。

1.9 產(chǎn)品若是干式荷電蓄電池時(shí)，不需要進(jìn)行初充電，使用前加電解液密度為1.270±0.005，加液后2小時(shí)，（***長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)48小時(shí)）應(yīng)經(jīng)常充電中第二 階段充電電流的二分之一充電18小時(shí)后再用該電流量乘1.5繼續(xù)充電待單位電池電壓達(dá)到2.6v時(shí)充電結(jié)束，靜止1小時(shí)即可投入使用。
